Lavinea, the Moon Priestess

Hi everyone, i’m alive!
Hehe, well a long time I don’t up anything here. Is time to change that for a while.
I’ve been to busy with my studies… a lot of books and texts of Hans Kelsen, Ulrich Beck, Nietzsche, Kant, Hobbes, Mark Webber, Adrian Smith and so many other names that i cant ever said well.
In add, I’ve been too lazy and depleted of drawn creativity in the last time that I prefer do not drawn anything that do something I will be shamed before.

Well, the RPG game I’ve been mastery get to the end… not that I’ve wait for sure… again my players ruined my history with a too bizarre, too random and too funny actions… is too sad for me.
But well, now I playing again! Yes! And again with paladin! Well, this pally is very different that Erika is, she is like a pretty girl with a pure heart, throw in a world of violence and deception, fated to be sad and damn forever… hehe, too melodramatic but that is true.
The new one is called Alexei von Lux, in opposite to Erika, he is wisely and strong minded, a little more cruel and selfish, but a paladin as well. Maybe this week I put a drawn for him there
About this one: colored pencils and Indian ink, again. Normal. This one take about 3 hours (will be less but when you drink coffee, reads, listen some music and drawn in the same time, that a lot takes much time!)
This is Nike’s character in my history (Nike’s are the same player of Cibele in the Scions of War), named Lavinea (an ugly name, if you ask me), a priestess of the moon goddess, Naiuray. She is a half-moon elf, with her silver hair and pale skin, blue eyes and great beauty. Well, she was a deluxe whore in the early times, before that a priest of the sun god Asvar, who before will be her husband, freed her. Before that she becomes devote to Nayurai for a reason I cant understand why… maybe for the god of sun are the husband of the goddess of the moon (oh, too original ¬¬, maybe someday I’ll see a moon goddess who hate the sun one… but well, the fact she is a very prominent priestess of that deity.
Coz’ all the feminine characters, PCs and NPCs, are hot, she will be too!... is a classic of the fantasy (you never ask why Red Sonya wear that chain mail bikini, why supergirl looks like a cheerleader or why Lara Croft wears that tinny shorts?) and, coz our female players like that on her characters that’s alright….
I’m admit in the principle I don’t like much of the character, but about the days and sessions of play I learn to like she. Well, that’s not my favorite one, but are different.
In the principle I don’t like the looks of she, its like… in the edge of poorly creative and poorly classic. But when I drawn it, the character’s look make sense at last for my! she is pretty! Hehehe
But I alredy don’t like much that the player make with her. The player, Nike, is a passionate person, with moments of great kindness and moments on you wants broke something in her head, buy I love she in that way! … but well, maybe coz the character are too new, or maybe coz I don’t aks for more immersion in her persona, Lavine had too that peaks of humor, like Nike’s. Abou that, the character sometimes feels a lot like Nike.
In the end Lavinea is a great character with all his faults… many DMs dreams to want a character like her in games, I’m sure! (In a game that you have and stupid half orc barbarian, rouge that stole for his same group and a mage who only wants is explode things, a character like her is like you put Iron Maiden plays aside amateurs bands!).

About my next drawns: I’ve thinking to drawn some of my favorite character of comics and video games, like Ozymandias (Wachtmen), Sarah Kerrigan and Zeratul (Starcraft), Quan Chi, Kanon, Rain and Motaro (Mortal Kombat), Dr. Doom, Iron Man, Storm, Emma Frost, Magneto, Thor and the female Loki (of Marvel comics), Master Chief (Halo), Link, Ganondorf, Luigi and Kirby (of Nintendo staff), Power Girl, Black Adam, Lex Luthor, Green Lantern and Doomsday (DC comics), Sarah Pezzini and Kenneth Irons (Witchblade), Cammy, Bison, Gill and Ken (Street Fighter), Snake (Metal Gear), Angel, K9999 and Hula (King of Fighters) and so.
